What is LLP?

LLP can be registered with minimum two partners there is no limit of maximum no of partners in LLP. There is no minimum capital required for incorporation of LLP. Any individual or body corporate (company) may be partner in LLP.

How to Register LLP in India?

Registration of LLP is very easy, LLP can be incorporated in 8-10 days. The whole process for registration is online mode no visit to anywhere. Below is the process of registration of LLP:

# Prepare DSC and file Name Approval: The first step is to prepare DSC of any of the Designated Partner. This takes sometime one to two days. Thereafter, you need to file LLP-RUN form for name approval. The first word of the name should be unique and name should end with the words “LLP.”

# LLP-FLIP FORM: After taking name approval, the next step is to file for incorporation via LLP-FLIP form . Further, PAN and TAN are not required to be filed separately and the same is allotted on LLP formation.

# LLP FORM 3: After Being Successful LLP Incorporation,one need to file LLP form 3 within 30days of Incorporation w.r.t Intimation for LLP Agreement and Changes.

# Take GST Registration: After incorporation, access your business and take necessary registration including GST registration. This is because working without tax license is illegal in India.

  • Self-attested PAN, Aadhar and last 3 months Bank statement of All proposed Partners.
  • Self-attested voter ID card/ driving license/ passport of all Partners.
  • Passport size photo of all proposed partners.
  • Email id & Mobile no. of all partners.
  • DIN of all directors. (if applied)
  • Qualification of all partners.
  • Two proposed name of the LLP.
  • Brief object of proposed LLP.
  • Amount of Share capital and capital contribution ratio between Partners.

LLP Registration Process

LLP registration process is very simple with tax2know.in. The whole procedure is completely online and one need not visit our office physically to get the LLP registration.

# Step 1 - Arrange all required documents: The first step is to arrange all the documents and send the same over the email to us. We will check it and if everything is fine, you will required to pay 50% advance.

# Step 2 - DSC, DIN and Name Approval: After receiving the required documents and 50% advance, we shall start your work. We will get the DIN, DSC and the name approval.

# Step 3 - File for incorporation: Once your name is approved, you will be required to pay the rest of the amount and then we will be file your companies incorporation. Once approval is granted, the incorporation work stands complete.
